We want you to love your Petal & Pup purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or refunds within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to shop for something new.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 5-7 business days of arrival.
